Having moved myself 10 times in the last 25 years, from continent to continent (Europe, Asia, North America) and several times in this country I know from own experience what to look for in a good agent.

I am also very much into technology and do appreciate how much easier the Internet has made our work. It allows the client to get an upfront idea of the market place and helps make the whole buying process a much more pleasant experience. We all prefer to work on projects - be it a home improvement project or the task of finding a new home - when we have some knowledge rather than stepping into the dark and feeling our way around.
